What works well?
The job description was clear, well presented and straight to the point. I also appreciated the quick call they gave me a few days I sent my application.
What could be improved?
The whole recruitment process was not explained clearly. I had to give them a call for a few times, to know my application status, and organize an interview. It was supposed that HR contacted me a days after the 1st round, but I did only hear from them, when I wrote them an email. 1 month has passed, and I do not have any news from them (I withdrawn my application in the meantime). Business values aren't the ones I'm looking for in a company. The interview was not very friendly, the person asked me to explain my career a few times, and didn't understand it well. Also, the person was not nice, as he was only picking up negative points. When I arrived in their offices, the atmosphere wasn't good. To resume, I don't recommend this company to anyone.

The mutual assistance between call center employees is very good.
What could be improved?
There is a great lack of trust in the employees and their work, we are constantly supervised to the point of dictating what we should write. To me that means we are not trusted, and that doesn't allow us to grow within the company. We feel completely constrained to the point where we have to hide a lot of our actions from our customers because otherwise they would not be accepted. Communication is also an area for improvement because it is not at all the strong point. Persuasive rhetoric is just a decoy. Finally, it is certain that more comfort in the premises would not be refused.
