What works well?
The people I have had the pleasure of working with are excellent people.
What could be improved?
I started on December 6, 2021 starting regularly between 6 and 7 am. The badge I was given did not work in the morning and it was apparently impossible to fix the problem or get me a useful badge. I was told that it was up to me to call every morning to have someone stop work to come and open the door for me. No mention of any charges for the calls. I also asked for a jacket or vest because it is cold in December and I had to go into cold rooms and a freezer regularly. This too was impossible. Nothing is offered during or after the 6 month experience. No breakfast, no coffee, no meal, no gift card. Not even a "thank you" on the last day of the course. The company didn't even have the decency to respond to my applications dated April 8. Unfortunately, the feeling after my experience is that this is not a fair exchange. It is disappointing that this is legal.

-Top and middle management: bipolar management style, with employees managed emotionally and according to managers' moods - Outdated premises and outdated management tools - Salaries 30 to 40% below the Geneva average - Job description that does not correspond to the actual work required - 50s mold, no room for creativity - No hope of harmonious personal development - Deleterious, fear-based work atmosphere - Avoid non-food items as a matter of urgency!
