What could be improved?
Management needs to be overhauled, as it does not take employees' needs into account. No possibility of teleworking, with vacations and overtime taking a long time to be validated. No extra vacations for employees over 50, and part-time work is accepted on hiring but criticized on a daily basis. There are no bonuses or incentives. The working atmosphere is very sad, with a blatant lack of respect for employees on the part of management. Communication is non-existent, and tempers often flare very quickly against employees. The job description does not correspond to the actual position. Workstation ergonomics and health and safety conditions are not respected. Staff turnover is very high.

Employee benefits: Average wages, no incentives, no year-end bonuses, the only Christmas meal is of average quality. Working hours: Daily stamping is required. Working hours are 8.5 hours a day, with a 30-minute lunch break. No telecommuting. Vacation requirements are strict and validation takes time. No extra leave for employees over 50. Corporate culture : Unhealthy work atmosphere and micro-management. Unpleasant attitude and lack of respect from superiors towards employees. Repeated shouting and hostile language in front of other employees. Poor balance between private and professional life. Management: Family business, management does not take employees' opinions into account. No annual objectives, no task planning, everything is done at the last minute. Job content: Tasks do not correspond to job requirements. Office conditions: The office is located in an old basement apartment. The ergonomics of the workstations are poor, with a lack of ventilation and light. Toilets are shared. Professional career: There are no prospects for career development or promotion. Staff turnover is frequent, with some employees only staying for a few months.

Not much, just a few friendly colleagues and good quality products.
What could be improved?
The whole thing needs to be overhauled. From personnel to management. I was mobbed and left the company due to burn out. The work is repetitive, there are no challenges and no prospects for advancement. The old hands rule and the new ones have to bend to their way of working, with no room for improvement.
