Eine Ausbildung beim SKJV bietet viel Abwechslung. Man bekommt die Möglichkeit mehrere Abteilungen zu sehen und profitiert somit für seine Zukunft. Egal ob es sich um die Arbeit handelt oder um die Schule, man wird immer unterstützt und dein Wohlbefinden liegt allen am Herzen. Während seiner Lehre bekommt man zusätzlich die Möglichkeit, eine Woche in einem Gefängnis zu arbeiten. Ein weiteres Plus ist, dass nicht nur Deutsch, sondern ebenfalls Französisch gesprochen wird, somit kann man seine Fremdsprachkenntnisse verbessern.

Leider arbeiten momentan noch nicht alle Mitarbeiter/innen im selben Gebäude. Dies wird sich jedoch bereits bald ändern.

There is a very good atmosphere within the organization. Colleagues come to work with pleasure (of course, within the COVID limitations). There is a continuous exchange between the different departments with a view to a win-win situation. Most colleagues work with an intrinsic motivation knowing that our work supports the efforts of a good society!

The possibilities of working in a home office, independent of COVID19 , could still be formalised.

Infrastructure, possibility to have offices in height.

Collaboration between colleagues, good understanding, very good training for learning. The working hours are very good, very flexible.

I don't frociously find points to improve, I have found an excellent place to learn.

The division of labour within the domain itself works well.

Communication within the company and between colleagues can be improved.

A good general atmosphere in the collaboration between the services. Good dynamics and possibility to participate in internal development projects.

As the Centre expands, communication is not always optimal in view of all the changes that occur.
