What works well?

I've worked at Les Fondues Wyssmüller SA for several years and I'd like to share my experience. On the one hand, the company offers a stimulating working environment with competent colleagues and a corporate culture focused on innovation. The products are of the highest quality, and there's a real sense of pride in the work we do.

What could be improved?

However, there are some aspects that require particular attention. Leadership and management can be perceived as authoritarian and sometimes disorganized, creating a tense working climate. Internal communication is not always effective, leading to misunderstandings and a drop in team motivation. In conclusion, although Les Fondues Wyssmüller SA is a company with many strengths, it is essential to address the issues related to management style to improve the working experience of all employees.

The projects are interesting and there's a lot of potential.

What could be improved?

Management is the black spot. It's hard to make progress under such conditions. Employees are quickly demotivated. Lots of turnovers!
