Medicalis SA

I started working at Medicalis on December 1, 2024 as a qualified care assistant, and will be changing employer on April 1, 2025, not because I have anything against Medicalis, but because I have received an offer from the HUG for a position near my home, and if I refuse this offer, it could be detrimental to my professional career. Nevertheless, I really enjoy working with Medicalis. The people I dealt with were competent, attentive and pleasant. It's an experience that has certainly enriched me a lot, and one that I'd recommend to anyone.

Personally, I can't think of any areas for improvement, as everything went so well.

Communication, the team is attentive and the proposed missions are relevant.

The salary is not fair in relation to seniority. To be reviewed.

Good relationship with my hierarchy, the objectives are precise, the trainings are proposed in order to improve the working conditions, the hierarchy takes into account the remarks and the proposals of improvement, relaxed atmosphere, fluid and convivial relation.

Rather good experience, at my level no reproach to make, nothing to report.
