What works well?

International and dynamic company. I was very satisfied with the recruitment process; quick and clear communication, warm welcome and excellent social benefits. Very surprised by the other negative comments which do not reflect my experience with Swiss Timing at all.

What could be improved?

They should maybe more communicate on social medias to advertise themselves.

What works well?

The business sector: multi-sports, world championships and world cup sport events. It's great to participate as a major player in the Olympic Games.

What could be improved?

This company is struggling to manage itself, always running behind trying to extinguish fires after fires and lacking capability to build a strategy or to re-organize itself. Poor conditions.
