What works well?
- salary to be paid regularly according to the schedule - tools for complete assemblers - fast application process - professional, organized working method - interesting projects
What could be improved?
- general atmosphere not so good - consideration for assembly personnel - very low salaries for assembly staff - high staff turnover (linked to low salaries) - no social benefits (no works council for 350 employees) - no flexibility on schedules
