What works well?
Prosperous company with good economic and business prospects. Innovative products. Very interesting work in the technical and R&D office. Some interesting perks: free Friday afternoons if enough hours and free covered parking available.
What could be improved?
Little in the way of work-life balance (except for Friday afternoons). Management seems unconcerned about the well-being of its employees. Unsatisfactory general atmosphere. Mechanical and electrical design tools changed too abruptly to technologies ill-suited to our work, making colleagues anxious.

L'ambiance est très bonne, tout le monde travaille bien en équipe et il y a un sentiment de famille.
What could be improved?
Bonne ambiance de travail avec des horaires flexibles et des avantages sociaux. Le siège est idéalement situé et dispose d'un parking.
