Hired temporarily as a machine fitter in 2019, on the 5th day of work I fitted a complete panel in the cabinet but got 1 type of screw wrong (for the rails the cabinet comes on). The manager was so angry that he exploded his cell phone on the floor in front of me, calling me incompetent and other names. Fortunately I didn't make a serious mistake, I might not be here to talk about it anymore. In one week, it was the second time that someone exploded his phone out of rage. Great atmosphere! I'm glad I'm not going to be there anymore.
