As mentioned in another comment, there are always points to improve but perfection is something difficult to acquire, especially in a large structure. An important point which is not negligible, we now live in a digital world and for the employees being constantly at the customer's premises, the communication tools are rather weak such as for example an access to the intranet in an external context etc...
