The working atmosphere in these restaurants is a great advantage. The customers also notice this and often congratulate us.
The areas for improvement are minimal compared to other companies in the same field where I have worked. You have to be prepared to work typical restaurant hours (cut hours, end of day after 11pm) if you want to join this firm, which can easily be a problem for people who are not used to it.
