What works well?
I really appreciated Varo Energy's efficient organization, especially during SD 2024. The team spirit is excellent, which fosters a good working atmosphere. What's more, the salary package is attractive and reflects the responsibilities involved. A very good company to work for.
What could be improved?
Although overall organization is very good, it could be useful to strengthen communication between field teams and managers, to further optimize coordination. A slight improvement on this point would make the experience even better.
