What works well?
Turnover works very well, even too well... The advantages may be the freedom to drink coffee while working, but that's still the case in many places.
What could be improved?
Management based on numbers and not on people is unpleasant: it causes a lot of turnover within the same department... As well as working conditions (premises) that are borderline disastrous in many (too many) parts of the company.
