What could be improved?
More flexibility with telecommuting. Working from home allows for a more ecological approach but also demonstrates a better trust towards its employees. What works well?
The freedom of action is quite fabulous but it can be a stress for some people. The relationship between us, the atmosphere is very good, no headaches with the hierarchical side, everyone's opinion counts. The interest of the work, it is exciting to manufacture our parts, great variety of problems, machines... The time at Bien-Air goes by at lightning speed, which is very important for me because we spend most of our time at work and if the time goes by quickly it means that the work is interesting.
What could be improved?
I think that the axes of improvement in our company are : => Salary conditions for the low paid (assembly, operator...) => Telecommuting for those who can => Perhaps the recognition of our owners with regard to the work accomplished, to put forward "from time to time" what works well, not always what does not.

Communication between departments.
