Real lost values
What works well?
It's hard to find anything good, except maybe the people at the bottom of the ladder who stick together
What could be improved?
I have been a loyal collaborator of the Leuba Group for several years. I must say that I am disappointed with the transformation that has taken place in recent years. The customer and the employee are far from being the center of interest and this is very regrettable. The group has lost the very essence of its strength, which was the family and human values of the past.

bad experience
What works well?
the only thing that's good for the few things I've seen is the team in the workshop otherwise, the management needs to be reviewed and the sales team doesn't even say hello at lunchtime, no politeness whatsoever.
What could be improved?
Hello I did a one-week internship in July 2022 at the request of the human resources manager for an auto mechanic position at Mercedes Renens to see about integration, get to know the team etc... and in the end he waited until the last day and closing time of the workshop to conduct a 5-minute interview to tell me that he had chosen another candidate because the other candidate had a little more experience in repairing commercial vehicles, which isn't a heavyweight either, especially since I also have experience in the commercial vehicle sector. In short, a week wasted with no pay and no contribution towards transport costs, which says a lot about the group's policy. to be avoided very bad experience of the brand that this group represents

The liner sinks
What works well?
Very few things unfortunately and that is very sad ...
What could be improved?
Lack of communication and transparency from management. No ethics. Completely disorganized work.

Overall lack of seriousness.
What works well?
As I was only a candidate, I didn't have the opportunity to find out more.
What could be improved?
1 and a half months to get an answer after application. They confirm that the job is for me at the first interview, then make me wait 3 weeks before finally telling me that they'll look at another candidate.

Lack of long-term vision.
What works well?
1. Corporate culture: employees are sometimes valued, but there is a lack of communication or support from management. A healthy, positive corporate culture is essential for employee well-being and productivity.
What could be improved?
2. Ineffective management: I characterize this as poor management, where decisions are made arbitrarily and there is a lack of transparency and communication.

Monstrous turnover due to a backward system
What works well?
very little except the mutual support of those "at the bottom of the ladder" and the "honor" of representing a prestigious brand.
What could be improved?
Archaic management and hierarchical system, very backward. I was able to read a review saying that we had free hours as a positive point, completely untrue. Only a handful of employees are entitled to it, if not total inflexibility for everyone, when it's possible to do things differently. The same notice mentioned the positive point of "timetabling". Let me explain: if you arrive one minute late, it's deducted from your hours. But your first 15 minutes of overtime DO NOT count as hours and you work for free. You agree to this when you sign your contract. Basically, if you're one minute late, you have to work 16 minutes to make up for it. As for modern infrastructure: there's no heating or air-conditioning. The group may have been family-run in the past, but those days are gone. There's a cruel lack of continuous training, especially in terms of management.
