Serious management problem, not adapted to the population. Management clearly doesn't trust these people, which is a shame.

It is easy to communicate, and the different teams are reactive.

Maybe a lack of organisation and procedure/formalisation to be even more efficient.

Catastrophic management (to remain courteous). In free fall. No long-term vision. Many colleagues have left the company in the last few months, exhausted. A company that was full of future and that has been gangrened by upstarts/opportunists, ready to do anything for themselves. Good opportunity for an internship/young graduate but beware, this has nothing to do with a serious and sustainable company.

sF is a group of individuals, who are excellent at in their professional roles. They are curious, solve problems, love to learn, and get things done. Great for interns as well as those at the top of their game.

Great industry, fast paced environment. After being bought by a US company, and a new focus, there were several exits by staff who sought a new challenge in new industries. As things change rapidily in teh indusry and business, more communication, and ensure it is received through all the layers of the company is teh singular point of attention. Overall, a good company, with great people and products.

Still a young company that is sometimes looking for a place between a start-up and a multinational in a complex and competitive drone market. The salaries are not the highest of the market but are largely compensated by the work environment and the work/life balance. Some harmful and blocking people to the evolution of the company have fortunately left

We have free parking. A great kitchen and modern premises!

Management should be improved, some superiors have no business being here. Everyone leaves the company because of the management.
