Extremely fast file management. File certainly not consulted at all. Why not?

3 minutes after submitting my application, I received a negative reply. How could this happen? Did they really read the application?

I would like to underline the professionalism and efficiency of the entire team with whom I regularly work on temporary assignments. The job is always very well described, and contracts are quickly drawn up, with full explanatory information. The consultants are warmly welcomed, as is their receptionist. A relationship of trust has thus been established over several years, and it's a pleasure to work with them.

The working environment is very pleasant and professional.

They got back to me fairly quickly after I'd applied.

After applying and receiving a negative response because they would have retained other candidates, I saw the same ad a few days later on jobup!

Same as the previous comment: Applied several times for the same position over and over again, never got a single reply from them. The virtual !!!!????

Surely headhunters paid by the pile of CVs on their desks, several hours spent putting together and sending off your file. Never got a single return!

I don't know... We need to find a candidate who may have been lucky.

Everything is to be improved! Recruiters are just there to get their monthly quota in terms of "candidates". No follow-up, no call back, to make video calls on Whatsapp, there are people but for the rest it's empty. I even applied several times for the same position that comes up again and again, never had any answer from them.
