So I applied to a temp agency as a company and I applied to a company by email CV cover letter away from a temp agency. I still don't understand why a temp agency does not understand why it follows me to my information the person who likes a company the agency doesn't like it at all because the worker doesn't sign a contract to work elsewhere than in his agency.The points to be improved are that the company works with the right temping agencies and before the worker leaves, a person from the company who talks to the worker on the day I follow the bosses is on leave and the agency tells me there is a person who will come and talk to you and then there is a person who comes to see me and since then I really follow the glass and the agency.
