Beautiful premises, but that's it. Great work colleagues.
What could be improved?
Toxic and anxiety-provoking work environment. You are constantly monitored and prevented from talking to your colleagues during your working hours, otherwise you are summoned by the management and they ask you for the content of your discussions. Like an interrogation! No trust is given to you.
