Archaic environment, working conditions and management. Lack of people-management skills. Promises made during interviews not kept. Not allowed to stop for 5 minutes to talk to a colleague, either in the corridors or from the office, without having to clock in (written in black and white on the contract). Unfortunately, I have to beat my chest, because when you see the same advert for the same position published 2 times in 4-6 months... you don't apply for it...

The interview was normal, it's the lack of response that's the problem.

A company that doesn't take the time to respond to candidates who have had an initial interview, even though these same candidates spend several hours preparing and travelling to the interview.

The welcome is warm and professional. The premises are pleasant, with an attractive cafeteria.

The recruitment process was very clear, with specifications described in detail and with complete transparency. The recruiters put me at ease straight away, so that I was in the best possible frame of mind.

Better explanation of response times. I had to wait more than a week for a reply on my application.
