Following my experience, I'm sorry but I can't find a positive aspect to point out to you.

I guess the person reviewing the resumes doesn't even look at them! Below is your return: We regret to inform you that your application has not been retained because, according to your own indications, it does not correspond to the following qualifications: University education in communication/marketing Fluency in French and English It turns out, firstly, that I have never given these indications and, secondly, that I am a Marketing and Communication Manager, I studied at university in these fields and I am perfectly trilingual French / English / Italian... Moreover, if you had given at least one reading to my CV, you would have seen that I have already worked in the world of TV and media. As for my skills, I am well aware of the level of my expertise, but not at all for yours.

Like others obviously before me last week, I received a negative reply with a totally incomprehensible reason, in this case I myself would have indicated that I did not master French. A simple glance at my CV and cover letter would have shown the opposite. In my humble opinion, either there is a problem with the submissions of applications, or they either do not look at them or they send negative answers without worrying about the adequacy of the text (in this case, they would be better off just indicating that they have selected applications that better correspond to their expectations).

No idea, since this company didn't even bother to "look" at my application.
