Traditional banking with no empathy or consideration for its own employees. Management that tends to enfantilise their own teams, anything to silence the job and prevent its evolution. Internal and multi-channel communication problems, no questioning of methods and total lack of tools or approaches to survey teams. Unstable systems on a daily basis for both employees and customers.
