• Finance and/or Engineering degree.
• 10+ years’ experience in Refining/Chemical operations and/or planning.
• Expert level of knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP.

Aktivitäten

Schedule and Progress:

· Work with PORT ARTHUR PLATFORM, and RSTO (Refining Supply & Trading Organization) to develop and define activities, dependencies, resources, and timetables.

· Prepare and develop appropriate detail and summary spreadsheets and control tables.

· Set up review meetings with Platform and Houston Corporate Management to ensure progress at each stage of the approval process.

Cost Control

· Develop and analyze Fixed costs and Variable Cost control budgets of the PORT ARTHUR PLATFORM LBU

· Work with the CSP Steward to develop estimates and forecasts and incorporate information into business plans.

Reporting

· Audit reported progress and forecasts.

· Develop and issue various reports to appropriate stakeholders.
